Over the years Luke Nieuwland has used many different online stores at Whisky Run Golf Club. He's never been happy with how many different connections and databases were required to make it work!

Even when he was able to get these systems working, the amount of steps required to close the sale was astronomical! If you want to increase your online sales, the least amount of steps is key!

After trying many different versions it was still on Luke to make sure everything was running smoothly. It was a lot of work making sure his entire staff knew when an online sale was made.

Now that Luke is using Birrdi and Square it's been amazing! Now when someone makes a purchase online it goes directly into his Point of Sale at the course. All his team members can see the orders tab, the team member who fulfills online orders is able to take control of the situation.
